All sales are final. We will accept returns on a replacement basis only. If the actual item is damaged or defective not caused by shipping or customer, please notify us within 3 days after you receive the item. Please provide pictures of the damaged item, and send us an email prior to returning the item. We will not accept return item unless you notify us and get approval for return prior to sending the item back to us. Please send your email to email@example.com. Please send back the item within 5 days after you receive approval for return. Item must be in the condition as you describe in your email.
There is a 20% restocking fee for all unopen item return. Item must be returned in its original, unopened and unused condition with its original box and contents or packing, otherwise we cannot accept return. We do not refund shipping costs.
